BOS-H pallet production line
The BOS-H pallet production line is designed for the continuous production of pallet boards and joint boards, as well as other products, on one machine tool. The sawing line works in “hidden” mode (while the machine is nailing, the operator places the timber).
The sawing line BOS-H 5200 has an open horizontal table, it can be divided into one or more workstations. The operator provides wood at one workstation. A bridge with nail guns moves across the table and nails at different workstations. During nailing, the operator can remove the finished product from the workstation and reload it while the other workstations are nailing. Programming is done using an interactive touch screen. The working speed of the device can be adjusted.
